I don’t even know where to begin. My love for the sport of baseball started in the fall of 1995. I was watching my hometown Cleveland Indians playing the Atlanta Braves in the World Series. Just a week or so earlier I watched the Indians take down the Seattle Mariners on my birthday to go to the World Series. The Tribe would go on to lose that World Series in 6 games. Then the pain grew from there. I watched Jose Mesa blow the World Series in 97′. Then, watch the Indians blow a 3-1 lead against the Chicago Cubs just this past season to lose yet another heartbreaking series. But I have a reason to be optimistic. This could very well be the year that the Indians break free and capture that Trophy I have dying to see them win along with the rest of Tribe Nation. So I will be here to document the entire season from start to finish. Last year, I predicted that the Cubs and Indians would meet in an epic World Series and by god we got one. So what’s my prediction we will find out. Plus, I will also be keeping a diary. Yes, diary about love and baseball. It will be about my relationship with Amanda Crohan and our passion for the sport of baseball.
